"Shipping felt a little unpredictable"
The bag showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I just noticed the shipping didn’t really follow the usual pattern I’m used to, tracking barely updated, and it took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal in the end, but a bit annoying while I was waiting.

"Classy bag, but took a bit of effort"
I bought from Radley London because I really liked the designs, and to be fair, the bag didn’t disappoint. It’s simple but still looks really stylish, not too flashy or over the top. The colours on the website were accurate too, which was a relief. The only thing is I felt like it took a bit of effort going through all the options and figuring out which one to get, but now that it’s here, I’m happy with it. Definitely feels like something I’ll use a lot.

"Perfect size for my everyday stuff"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and it’s been just the right size for my daily routine. It fits way more than I expected, the pockets actually come in handy, and even when I pack it up in the morning, it still doesn’t feel bulky by the time I’m carrying it around all day.

"Super easy return and refund"
I had to return a bag because it was a bit smaller than I expected, but the whole process was really straightforward. The refund came through ridiculously quickly too, which was a nice surprise. No hassle at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I grabbed a Radley bag in the sale and I’m really pleased with it. The leather feels lovely, the stitching looks neat, and it definitely comes across as more expensive than what I paid. I’m not saying this for sure, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the quality is on par with some pricier brands. Delivery was straightforward too, no issues there. I’d happily buy again, especially if there’s another good offer on.

"Still loving my Radley bag!"
I’ve been using my Radley bag every day and it still looks great :) The leather feels really nice, and so far it’s held up really well. The zips and stitching are all still in good shape too!

"Helpful customer service, but order issue was a bit annoying"
Customer service was really helpful when I messaged about my order, and they got back to me quickly. It was a little frustrating that I had to chase it up in the first place, but once I reached out, they sorted everything without any fuss. Overall, a good experience and I appreciated how easy they made it.
